Do you want to be a Foodbank SA superhero? You can join the Foodbank SA family and learn how to help others in need.
We have created a program that helps you to learn to give back to your local community, with the support of your parents/guardians. Learning about gratefulness, altruism and giving, showing you how to help those in need. It’s never too early to learn how to help others.
4 things you will learn to be a true Foodbank SA Superhero:
1. Help others
You can help others less fortunate. Foodbank will share stories about those less fortunate and how you can help.
2. Be Humble
You can learn how to be thankful for what we have.
3. Get Educated
Learn about hunger and easy, healthy recipes that you can help to make at home.
4. Reduce Waste
Learn about the environment, including reducing food waste and the amount of food going to landfill (*please note some peas and carrots may have to be eaten to be a superhero).
